You must keep your credentials secure and must not use the service to violate any law or to harass any person.
4. Fees
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, regulatory, or reputational losses.
